The location was superb, just a short walk to the plaza.
My stay was riddled with regrets, as the hot water was non-existent during my entire visit. I needed a shower after a long trip and was beyond frustrated when I realized it wouldn't warm up. The noise from the streets was unbearable, and the thin window panes did nothing to block it out, invading my attempts to get some rest.

The bed was absolute heaven! 💤 The staff were kind, and the location was super convenient with secure parking. Only downside—hot water could be better, but my stay was great overall!

Hot water situation left a lot to be desired!!! An in-room fridge could vastly improve the experience!!! The limited dining options nearby are frustrating, especially after a long day!!!

spacious family room but limited dining options
The location was superb, just a short walk to the center/plaza. The staff consistently displayed friendliness, always ready with helpful tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our family room had ample space for everyone, making it comfortable for a night. I also appreciated the convenient parking garage on street level which made coming and going hassle-free.
The dining options were somewhat limited, making it difficult to find a good meal nearby.

The stay offered a comfortable King Room with a luxurious bed and clean facilities, enhancing my relaxation. Secure parking added peace of mind, and the friendly staff were genuinely helpful throughout the visit. However, the lack of an in-room fridge was a minor inconvenience, and while the view from the terrace was stunning, the limited dining options left much to be desired. More variety in meals would enhance the experience significantly.
